Learn About Us

bdk9 was built on a simple but strong belief — players in Bangladesh deserve a platform where they can relax, stay safe, and have fun. We knew that people in Bangladesh love cricket, enjoy slots, and have a real appetite for exciting gaming experiences — so we built a platform that fits their tastes, language, and payment methods perfectly.

Our mission is to give every Bangladeshi player a fair, transparent, and exciting gaming environment. At bdk9 we believe that genuine entertainment only comes when players know they are on a reliable platform. That is why we follow SSL encryption and fair play principles — so every transaction and gameplay session is fully protected.

At the heart of our values are transparency, respect, and responsibility. We never offer hidden terms or misleading promotions. All conditions for bonuses, wagering, and withdrawals are communicated in plain language. Our welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit — maximum ৳20,000 — with a wagering requirement of just 20x, applied to the bonus amount only.

We chose our payment methods with Bangladeshi players in mind. Deposits can be made from as little as ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and funds typically arrive within just 30 minutes to 3 hours. We know your time is valuable — so fast processing is our priority.

The bdk9 VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — offering everything from weekly cashback to exclusive benefits. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Our goal is one thing — to make your experience always easy, smooth, and enjoyable.

We believe responsible gaming is the foundation of a happy gaming experience. That is why bdk9 provides responsible gaming guidelines to help our players stay healthy and happy. We serve players aged 21 and above only, and we always remind everyone — gaming is for fun, not a financial solution.
